Dr. Michael Teed, Ph. D.
Michael is born and raised in the East Coast of Canada and is fluently bilingual (English and French). He obtained his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, NS.
For the last ten years, he has been teaching at Bishop’s University where he holds the position of Associate Professor in the Business Department. His courses in recruitment and selection, organizational behavior, and training and development have been recognized via numerous teaching awards.
He has published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at numerous international conferences on Occupational Health Psychology and Leadership. Over the past 10 years, he has consulted for various Canadian organizations (both private and public).
He was recently part of select team that completed a three-year research project examining the implementation of the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s National Standard via 43 participating organizations.
