Dr. Jennifer K. Dimoff, Ph. D.

Jennifer K. Dimoff is an Assistant Professor in the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Dimoff’s primary research and consulting activities have focused on mental health interventions at work, leadership training, and psychological resilience.

Most notably, Dr. Dimoff developed the Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) for managers, one of the only workplace mental health programs to demonstrate both psychosocial improvements and financial returns on investment within North America.

Dr. Dimoff has recently co-edited a book published by Wiley, entitled Leading to Occupational Health and Safety: How Leadership Behaviours Impact Organizational Safety and Well-Being. As a popular invited speaker, Dr. Dimoff has had the opportunity to present her work at a number of influential industry events throughout North America.

She is consistently among the highest ranked speakers and has been sponsored by large multi-national corporations to further stimulate conversation surrounding the importance of mental health, leadership, and psychological fitness.
